At Your Jukebox, we have developed a five-step process to ensure your vision, timeline, and desired concept are executed with professionalism and creativity.
Presentation: we start by sending you our portfolio to showcase available options and schedule a meeting with the event manager to understand the event´s concept, needs, and expectations in detail.
Negotiation: based on our discussion, we prepare a detailed proposal. Once you agree, we send a service contract and secure our team’s availability for your event date.
Production: this phase includes site visits, project design, and technical requirements. We then hold a preparation meeting with you to align all logistical and audiovisual expectations.
Execution: we send a briefing to all Your Jukebox team members involved, and coordinate with venue managers on every detail to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Post-Production: after the event, we gather client feedback and conduct an internal review to assess the event’s success and outcomes.

Our availability runs out in the most popular months for weddings, between May and October (inclusive). As soon as you have a date in mind, please contact us, preferably 12 months in advance.

With many years of experience, the event manager advises each client on the best format, taking into account the number of guests, the chosen space and the desired atmosphere for each type of event, all in line with their indications, needs and expectations. The technical component is assessed and adjusted to the defined concept, in order to create the best proposal and the right atmosphere for each event.
A wedding usually has five key moments: ceremony, cocktail, meal, cake cutting and dance floor dynamics.
For venues with separate areas for each moment, it’s important to consider sound support for each space, whether through a DJ’s personalized playlist or live music, to maintain musical identity and flow. Additionally, consider party lighting to enhance the space – whether for creating ambiance during dinner or energizing the dance floor – and a DJ to craft the musical concept and perform in real-time during the party.
For added flair, we offer options like mirror balls, spark machines, confetti blasters, vinyl or LED dance floors, stages, decorative or architectural lighting, and custom video content.
At Your Jukebox, we don’t provide traditional event entertainment.
Instead, we specialize in crafting unique musical experiences. Depending on your concept, we offer live music, DJ sets, or a Master of Ceremonies to guide the event and engage guests. We also provide content production services, including video and audio.

Yes, we provide equipment for events with an external DJ and offer technical and logistical support from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
We offer various service packages with different time limits to suit your event.
You can choose from XS – up to 4 hours; BASE – up to 9 hours; ADVANCED – up to 12 hours; or XL – no time limit.

In addition to all the musical, MC and Party Starter options to energise your event, we offer lighting solutions (decorative, party lights), image (Video-LEDwall, Video-LEDfloor), structures (dance floors, stages, support truss) and complementary effects (mirror balls, confetti blasters or spark machines). We also produce creative content (3D plans of the proposed equipment, live feed video-streaming), and we have Light Video Jockeys.
