At Your Jukebox, we don’t provide traditional wedding entertainment!
Our proposal is made up of musical experiences, with live music and/or a DJ set, and audiovisual solutions for weddings, including lighting (decorative lights, stage lights), images (Video-LEDwall, Video-LEDfloor, live streaming), structures (dance floors, stages) and complementary effects (mirror balls, confetti blasters, spark machines). If you want a more dynamic event, we have a Master of Ceremonies to announce, introduce and create dynamics during the event, and a Party Starter to help the more timid join in on the dance floor.
While background music isn’t mandatory, it is crucial for setting a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth transition between different phases of your event.
The music choice will vary depending on whether your event is social (like a welcome drink or cocktail dinner), or more formal (such as meetings or conferences).

No worries! With many years of experience, the event manager advises each client on the best format, taking into account the number of guests, the chosen space and the desired atmosphere for each type of event, all in line with their indications, needs and expectations. The technical component is also assessed and adjusted to the defined concept, in order to create the best proposal and the right atmosphere for each event.
Our approach is comprehensive.
The DJ service includes, in terms of equipment, the sound system, setup and DJ booth. In terms of intervention, you can count on their creative participation in real time at the time of the party and the creation of playlists according to the musical guidelines dedicated to other stages of the day (ceremony, cocktail party, dinner, cake cutting, etc.).
If you have something different in mind and it takes place in different spaces, you’ll need additional sound systems to support these moments. The same goes for lighting, live music or specific, complementary equipment.

Our availability runs out in the most popular months for weddings, between May and October (inclusive). As soon as you have a date in mind, please contact us, preferably 12 months in advance.

Presentation: we start by sending you our portfolio to showcase available options and schedule a meeting with the event manager to understand the event´s concept, needs, and expectations in detail.
Negotiation: based on our discussion, we prepare a detailed proposal. Once you agree, we send a service contract and secure our team’s availability for your event date.
Production: this phase includes site visits, project design, and technical requirements. We then hold a preparation meeting with you to align all logistical and audiovisual expectations.
Execution: we send a briefing to all Your Jukebox team members involved, and coordinate with venue managers on every detail to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Post-Production: after the event, we gather client feedback and conduct an internal review to assess the event’s success and outcomes.

A live music band (solo, duo, trio, etc.) performs for up to 2 hours, without breaks.
For the DJ set, you can choose from XS option – up to 4 hours; BASE option – up to 9 hours; ADVANCED option – up to 12 hours; or XL option – no time limit.
All options include professional technical support throughout the entire event.
